My Heart Blooms, as part of the 'Bloom series' has really been an opportunity to return to experimenting with paint and colour in a free and loose way. The heart is suggested in a loose way, or is that two seahorses saying hello? The transparent magenta and orange are fresh and bright, and its simplicity will fit well into a contemporary setting.
