Artist Profile: Barry ( Baz) Nixon
Illness forced me to retire from the workforce about 5 years ago.(most of my working life as a teacher) Needing a meaningful usage of my time ,I took up painting again.I have experimented again with materials and styles and have developed my own style - not Pointillist,but simply "Dot" painting ;I paint not with a brush but with styluses from 1mm to 10mm. It is a time-consuming and labor-intensive but I am still intrigued with the media chosen as my style developes.
