HEATH LEDGER AUSTRALIAN RIMBAUD

I love movies. I am fascinated by some actors and actress. My elder son made me discover Heath Ledger a few years ago. I was very impressed by his performance and could feel his fragility. I was under the shock when I heard he died. Made me think of Arthur Rimbaud and so many young talents disappeared much to early. This is my humble homage.

I was born in Paris where I have been an interior designer for 25 years. I am influenced by Dali‚ De Chirrico‚ Picasso‚ Gaudi. I am fascinated by the female form‚ it’s curves and lines and the affects of light upon them. Also very much inspired by Mother Nature. After living in the Royal National Park South of Sydney where I was part of the local art trail, I now live in the Southern Highlands. I love to hear the kookaburras. I feel very lucky to work in such environment. Favorite materials: oil‚ acrylic‚ resin‚ gold leaf‚ clay‚ wood.
