Artwork Description

'Fire to the East' 2015. This piece depicts an approaching bushfire on farming land, recently harvested, leaving behind stubble from the wheat crop. The red in the eastern bottom corner symbolises the land heating up, the golden wheat in the foreground, pieces of ember being thrown across the canvas. I have a strong passion for the Australian farming community and the challenges they face. They deserve so much respect for what they do for our nation on a local and global trade scale.

The work comes with a Certificate of Authenticity, signed and dated by the artist.
