I remember, like it was yesterday, standing in the middle of the darkened shed staring in awe at the huge workbench and all the tools hanging silently like my grandad's sentinels from the wall. If I close my eyes I can still see the shafts of gentle afternoon sun coming through the cracks and holes in the walls and roof and smell the unique mix of old sawdust and oil. It takes me back..."
