"Saddle Tor on Dartmoor"
One of the many outcrops of striated granite found in this amazing National Park in Britain, framed by the eerie fingers of a windswept Hawthorn tree, pruned and bent to the savageness of the weather. Burial mounds, stone circles, medieval crosses and Bronze Age round houses make this area, Britains' most important archeological landscape. So glad I did that walk despite the grumbling!

A beautiful intricate birds nest amongst leaves and flowers and the two little birds who created it.A sultry dark sky broods over a windswept beach with some flowers .......Under a picturesque sky, there is an old fence and secret gate leading to a hidden pond.A small red roofed cottage is tucked away on a meadow covered hill under a beautiful sky.
