Rocky shore on the South Coast, NSW, Australia.
Along the Grand Pacific Highway, if you take the coastal route out of Sydney down the South Coast, there is a bridge known as Sea Cliff Bridge that meanders out from the cliff and over the ocean. To capture this image I balanced my camera and tripod over the railing of the walkway, with the camera strap tied to the top and onlookers walking wide of my equipment in fear of knocking it off. I aimed to capture a balance between the forms of the boulders and undulating volume of the sea, portraying a moment before the water drained back out into the sea.
