This abstract diptych was inspired by the beautiful early morning light as I take my ramble in the morning. For me it is an impression of the beautiful light on the water and the colours of the reeds and plants on the edge of the lake. To the viewer, it could be something entirely different. I love to leave the interpretation to the viewer. It is a very harmonious painting and would look stunning in any room. It is very textured in places and soft and moody in other places.
