I’ve called this one “To meditate or medicate?”

I have recently been diagnosed with anxiety so the beach is an important place for me to gather my thoughts and clear my head.

This piece is inspired by my local beach at Beachmere. I just love going at low tide with the kids and seeing if we can find any treasures or interesting shells. It’s a lovely way to spend a morning, wandering around enjoying the sun and a coffee.

I’ve painted the edges black to to represent the darkness in all of us, doesn’t it just make the colours pop! This piece would look great in a floating frame which can be custom made at an additional cost.
