I set out to use this specific technique to create something soft and grateful, but with no specific goal in mind. Once the piece started forming, I leaned into an aerial vision, an ocean through thick clouds. Although it is soft and delicate, the accents of dark blue and gold break through, shimmering reefs far below.
This is a soft and moody piece with gentle hints of bright colour, perfect for a restful space like a bedroom or office, to pull you back to calm when you most need it.
