This artwork was inspired by my love of movement and colour. When I want to escape from my thoughts I love to watch dancers on Youtube. Music, dance and colour have always been have always been my meditation.
I was an aerobics instructor in the late 80s early 90s, I used to choreograph my routines by drawing sequences of abbreviated figures to the phrasing of the music.
