The next in my beach series. Many a holiday has been enjoyed at Noosa, walking through the Noosa National Park to reach the tranquilic haven of Tea Tree Bay. A favourite with surfers and children playing in the granite rock pools, while parents relax under the shade of the tea trees. My impressionistic memories on canvas to remember a favourite holiday spot.
I have spent a few holidays enjoying this stunning beach in Noosa National Park Queensland. It is just a 20 minute walk from the park’s entrance and an ideal place to take some time out and appreciate the park’s tranquillity and its stunning seascapes. This beach is surrounded by shady pandanus trees and plenty of flat rocks upon which to lay a beach towel. The rock pools closer to the water are fun for children to explore at low tide. The rocky point is popular with experienced local surfers (who know how to avoid the rocks)
