A joyful take on the wonders of nature within a human domain. In colours of teals and lemons, the bowl of pears and daisies in a vase gives the background teal tones a wonderful fresh appeal. Through the verandah openings one sees the sea and the pandanus trees of Queensland coast.

In our modern digital world, you are never out of range of someone or something to communicate with. This rustic room shows the advantage of living simply, a few books, some favourite artefacts and opening the window to get some fresh air at least once a day. It can make one feel good in their own space, especially when one befriends the resident magpie and its family, bringing something that you can nurture into your space.
My work is created to bring hope and joy to the viewer in an otherwise messed up world.
The wonders of nature are felt in this composition, as succulents are widely known as a symbol of tenacity, strength, and selfless love. So, gifting them would be a great idea to show your unconditional love to the person you love the most, if not the plant, then this painting, with its lasting benefits.
Summer-time in the cooler evening hours brings the resident Magpie out to sing its moon-tide revelry. How nice to sit in relaxation and listen to the healing sounds of nature. This work was generated to instill joy and healing into the viewer as we all need peace and tranquility in our lives these days.

Landmarks like the ever-striking Coral tree on our eastern shores reminds us that nature still does prevail and provides nectar for our wildlife friends like this wattle bird – may they remain hail and mighty against current environmental deforestation and global warming
